Rude Health Cafe

Much needed – a Californian style bright and airy cafe has opened just opposite Putney Bridge station where there was not much of an option for a coffee before this place opened! I love the vibe, the staff and coffee. I highly recommend it for brunch or a coffee.

It is also a great place to stock up on healthy cereal. I recently bought the sugar free oat puffs and I am super glad that someone is introducing sugar free cereal in London!

Spring in London

We’ve spent the last few months in London visiting some new places and revisiting some of our favourites. One of our guilty pleasures is breakfast at The Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park overlooking Hyde Park! Last month we had the waffles, made to order and absolutely delicious. The Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is the perfect place to take a visitor to London for breakfast as you get the opportunity to see the Queen’s cavalry go by early in the mornings! It is quite the stunning view!

Coffee at The Delauney

London Fashion Week is the only time of the year I will be up at 7 on a Saturday to get ready for a DAKS 9 am catwalk at Somerset House. This year I happened to end up twice at Delauney afterwards for a breakfast and an awakening coffee!

I have to admit, the location and buzzing nature of the place wakes you up! Moreover the breakfast is delicious (the pastries)! The Lattes are delish – velvety, creamy and the right mix of espresso and milk.

It’s a great location to unwind and relax with friends or end up at for a morning meeting. The service could be better (by that I mean they could be a bit more alert something that I have noticed Colbert does very well!)

Would highly recommend to those in Covent Garden! If in Sloane Square, go try Colbert – nothing beats being in the heart of Belgravia!
